The Studio is a delightful contemporary annexe with peaceful gardens and impressive views of the North Downs. The spacious double-bedded Studio includes casual seating and dining areas. There is an ensuite shower room with heated towel rail, and a fully equipped kitchenette complete with oven, hob, microwave, fridge and dishwasher. Fully centrally heated with constant hot water, The Studio includes television, DVD/VCR, radio alarm and hairdryer. There is secure off-street parking.

Ample continental breakfast provisions are provided including homemade preserves, a bread basket, cereals, a fruit compote, and herbal teas. Complimentary homemade cake and biscuits, and a fresh fruit bowl await you on arrival.
